International Men’s Day Sauna: Men-Only Sessions

This International Men’s Day, join us at Black Swan Sauna for a relaxed evening designed to help men switch off, unwind and, if they want to, talk.

We’re running two small, men-only sessions on Thursday 19 November. Each one is limited to 6 guests, so it stays calm and friendly. Each session is joined by a representative of Man Down, a men’s mental health organisation, and both sessions will be hosted by a female sauna host. They’ll be part of the conversation in a relaxed, informal way. There are no talks or workshops, just a welcoming space to share a sauna and a chat. Conversations carry on as you move between the sauna, our two plunge pools and the outdoor shower.

About Man Down

Man Down is a non-profit Community Interest Company that runs free, informal, peer-led talking groups for men aged 18 and older to discuss mental health struggles in a confidential, non-judgmental space. Joining us for the evening is a way of raising awareness of their work and of the support available to men in our community.
