Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and restoration as we combine the purifying heat of the sauna with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, guided by Sophie Registered UKRF Reiki Master and Wellbeing Practitioner.


What to Expect:

4:45pm – Welcome & introduction by Sophie

5:00pm – Group 1: Sauna Session (silence & mindfulness) | Group 2: Sound Bath on the grass

5:45pm – Groups switch over

6:45pm – 7:15pm – Closing circle with Sophie, reflections & shared insights


What to Bring:

  1. Your Yoga Mat (to lie down on during the sound bath)

  2. Swimwear (please arrive with swimwear under your clothes)

  3. Towel, water bottle, and something cosy for after your sauna

  4. Waterproof changing robe/dry robe or similar, in case of rain 🌧


Weather Note:

If the weather changes, the sound bath may not be lying down on the grass, but can still be enjoyed seated. The experience will run in all conditions, so please dress appropriately to stay comfortable.


About Sophie:

Sophie is a Registered UKRF Reiki Master and Wellbeing Practitioner with 15 years holistic experience offering therapeutic treatments. Alongside sound baths, she also offers senior relaxation sessions in care homes, Reflexology, Tuning Fork Therapy and a variety of other holistic therapies. Through her work, Sophie creates safe, nurturing spaces for rest, healing, and connection. 


What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a guided relaxation

practice where you are immersed in the resonant vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and sacred sound instruments, This passive experience helps quiet the mind, release stress, and promote a sense of deep peace. Many participants report improved sleep, emotional release, and a refreshed sense of clarity. Simply lie back, listen, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
