Experience the power of contrast therapy in this immersive morning session with Andy, a certified Wim Hof instructor, alongside our sauna hosts.

💨 What to expect:

9:20 –10:00am: Welcome & intro – Andy will guide you through the short science and approach behind cold water therapy and how to safely combine sauna + plunge.

10:00–11:00am:

 - Group 1 in the sauna (with guided transition support)

 - Group 2 on the grass with Andy for guided breathwork & meditation

11:00–12:00pm: Groups switch

12:00–12:30pm: Group Q&A with Andy

12:30–1:00pm: Enjoy cake & a hot drink at Wild Herb Café (included). You’re welcome to stay for lunch after (not included).
