🗓 Friday 15th August | 6:00–8:00pm

Join us for a relaxed summer evening of connection, nature and heat. This is a casual, drop-in style gathering; no icebreakers, no formal circles, just good vibes, sauna warmth, and your favourite picnic foods.

💨 Rotating Hot Seat Sauna

The sauna will run continuously across the full 2 hours with a natural flow between the heat and our picnic area.

– Max 6 people in the sauna at one time

– No set time slots, ticket holders will rotate in and out throughout the session

– Expect longer cool-down periods than a standard 55-min session

🍓 Bring Your Own Picnic

Please bring your own food and drink, we’ll provide the cakes and the steam! There’s plenty of space to lay out on the grass, and a beautiful oak tree just 50m away that’s a favourite hangout spot.

👶 Well-behaved children are welcome

🐶 We kindly ask that dogs are left at home for this event

🧖 What to Bring for the Sauna

– 2 towels

– Reusable water bottle

– Flip-flops or crocs

– Swimming costume

– A changing robe if you would like more privacy than the mixed changing hut area

🌧 If it rains, the sauna still goes ahead and we’ll do our best to cover the picnic area.

Please note: There are no set sauna timeslots for this event, it’s an open rotation among picnic-goers.

If you’d prefer a reserved session, we recommend booking one of our standard saunas instead.
