About the event

Join us for a special Summer Solstice experience, celebrating the longest day of the year with an evening designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

This 2-hour session blends the physical benefits of sauna and cold water therapy with a guided meditation and deeply restorative sound bath grounded on the grass, creating space for both body and mind to unwind.

To keep the experience intimate and spacious, the session is limited to just 12 people, split into two small groups:

  • 6 guests in the sauna, moving between heat, cold plunge and fresh air

  • 6 guests together on the grass, immersed in a guided meditation followed by a shared sound bath

Halfway through, the groups will gently switch, allowing everyone to experience both elements of the evening.

Spaces are limited to just 12 people to keep the experience intimate and spacious, and these special events tend to fill quickly. If this is calling to you, we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.

The session is softly centred around the theme of self-identity, offering a moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with who you are beneath the busyness of daily life. Held on the longest day of the year, this is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply and mark the turning of the seasons in a calm and meaningful way.

About the Practitioner:

This session is guided by Dawn Harding, a registered psycho-spiritual counsellor and energy practitioner from The Inner Path.

Dawn’s work is rooted in a lifelong fascination with people, their stories, emotions, and the way the mind and body hold both struggle and strength. She began her career as a holistic therapist, where she discovered the power of being truly heard and the deep impact of holding a compassionate, confidential space.

Her journey led her into counselling training in 2012, and today her approach weaves together integrative psycho-spiritual counselling, body awareness practices, therapeutic shamanism and ancient wisdom traditions, alongside energy work including Rahanni and Reiki. Her work is trauma-informed, gently supporting you to tune into how your body and mind communicate, protect and guide you.
