Service Description
Secure your seat in a 55-minute communal sauna session centred on the simple, powerful benefits of heat, cold and rest. These are our core sessions, designed for a calm, social and restorative experience without added scent. Your session includes access to our two plunge pools and outdoor shower, with the lake also swimmable during your session between roughly October and April, depending on water temperatures. Please check with your Sauna Host at check-in. We only use essential oils during selected Scented Sauna sessions or private bookings.

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Policy 48 hours or more in advance: Contact us to reschedule to an available time slot. We do not offer refunds. Less than 48 hours: Due to being a small family business, unfortunately, we’re unable to reschedule your session with less than 48 hours’ notice. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else.
