Service Description
Drop the kids off, take a breath, and gift yourself a calm, nourishing reset. Mums' After School Run Club is 55 minutes of pure downtime in our relaxing outdoor sauna with panoramic lake views. Take a refreshing dip in the lake (October - April) during your session or in the plunge pools. An outdoor shower with warm and cold option is available for rinsing. Space to unwind, chat, and connect with other like-minded women Optional post-session coffee or brunch next door at The Wild Herb Café This is your time. To breathe. To reset. To connect. Whether you come for quiet contemplation or meaningful conversation, you're welcome here.

Rescheduling Policy 48 hours or more in advance: Contact us to reschedule to an available time slot. We do not offer refunds. Less than 48 hours: Due to being a small family business, unfortunately, we’re unable to reschedule your session with less than 48 hours’ notice. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else.
